Ms. Yang is the founder and managing attorney of Law Office of Yang, P.C., where she provides comprehensive legal services in real estate transactions, estate planning, and business matters. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Ms. Yang began her legal career in 2008 at a general practice law firm, where she developed a strong foundation in residential and commercial real estate, as well as banking and financing transactions. During this time, she represented major financial institutions, including HSBC, JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, Wells Fargo, Summit Mortgage, Guardhill, and The Bank of New York. Her early experience also included a broad range of legal matters such as business transactions, corporate law, trusts and estates, and immigration.

She later founded her own practice, where she has built a client-focused firm with a strong emphasis on real estate law. Ms. Yang has represented purchasers, sellers, lenders, developers, and sponsors in a wide range of transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, and financing of cooperative apartments, condominiums, private homes, commercial properties, strip malls, and multi-family buildings. She also advises clients on complex transactions such as IRC Section 1031 exchanges.

In addition to her real estate practice, Ms. Yang regularly assists clients with business transactions, entity formation, estate planning, probate proceedings, and the drafting of lease agreements.
